IMPROVEMENTS UPDATE
This Week’s Improvements
Breakwater production is underway. We’re excited to announce that as of 5:00 PM today (Friday), the Fuel Dock will be selling unleaded, diesel and premium fuel! Please stop by this weekend to fill up AND check out our selection of clothing, shoes, décor and more! In addition, all docks will be accessible by land by this Friday. Meanwhile, our lighting project is ongoing and we will continue to keep you apprised of its progress.
We had a great grand opening for the new Island restaurant last weekend. Thank you to everyone who came, and thanks to those who provided feedback on the new concept. We listened and made some adjustments! Self-seating and service by waitstaff at your table are available. We will utilize the service window for takeout orders and for overflow holiday traffic when we are at seating capacity inside the restaurant. We will continue utilizing the streamlined menu and food runners for hot and fresh food delivery. Speaking of hot and fresh food be sure to check out our weekly full-size burger special.
We are still in the process of recruiting the right team members in all areas of our food service. If you know anyone looking to further their career, please send them our way!
A member of the senior management team – either Christie, Jim or Debbie – will be available at all times to help our staff achieve an excellent standard of service in all areas.

Please note that the kitchen will close at 10:30pm on Friday and Saturday nights, with limited late-night appetizer options available.
