This Week’s Improvements

Dock Repairs!

• ZI dock – roofing and structural repairs are still underway
• ZJ dock – work has begun to replace or repair angle iron and metal roofing material
• ZM dock – we are re-positioning this dock to permanently re-attach the gangway

Once those repairs are complete, we’ll kick off N dock gangway repairs!

Island Bar and Grill News!

Starting this week, we began cleanup on the Island Bar and Grill with the intent to have it remodeled for weekend usage during the summer boating season! We fully expect for the Island Bar and Grill to be operational this year and will provide more details as work progresses.

Breakwater:

We are nearing completion on a plan and timeframe for repair and/or replacement. Once the plan is complete, we will inform members of the details, so stay tuned.
