IMPROVEMENTS UPDATE

This Week’s Improvements

Dock repairs!

• Roofing and metal repairs are nearing completion on ZI, ZK, and ZJ docks.
• ZM dock has been repositioned and the gangway is permanently reconnected.
• The crew is addressing roof repairs and gangway reconnection on N Dock.

We’ve also begun painting the gangways, piping, fencing, meter boxes, etc. AND, we’re moving forward with the Island Bar and Grill cleanup! The exterior has been power washed and red mud removed!

Please Take Note:

Effective immediately, we are closing RV park to better utilize the space for overflow parking at the marina, as well as storage for machinery used for our planned improvements.
